Wine:
The 2023 Red Côte-Rôtie Éminence showcases ripe, concentrated fruit flavors, with aromas of blackberries, dark cherries, licorice, and a hint of black pepper. A touch of oak ageing adds smoothness and depth, gently refining the tannins without overpowering the wine. On the palate, it’s full-bodied, velvety, and richly textured, with layers of dark fruit and warming spice. This is a bold yet elegant Syrah, perfect for drinking now but also built to age.
