The 2021 Red Saint-Joseph delights consumers with its fresh aromas of fruit, typical of an exceptional Syrah. A wine that is intense and persistent, with a superior complexity, a pure delight, with a fiery and promising juvenile character; notes of pepper, smoked ham, and a touch of balsamic that explore all the nooks and crannies of a pulpy and unctuous Syrah, with precise, silky, velvety tannins.
