Wine:

Very pure and typical of the Southern Rhône Valley, the 2021 White Lirac Reine des Bois displays notes of white fruits, dry herbs and delicate flowers. Decanted or served in a large glass, it will unfold wild perfumes, a fresh palate of nice consistency and a long and mineral finish. Pair it with dishes such as fish or goat cheese. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Destemming, crushing, skin maceration and temperature control. Maturation for 90% in vats and 10% in barrels.
Certified organic wine. Vines cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Very pure and precise, aromas of white fruits mixed with notes of dry herbs and floral touches.

Palate:

Fresh and with a beautiful consistency, this wine deploys a suave palate whose finish is prolonged on beautiful mineral bitters.

Temperature:

Decant before serving between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

To be served at the table with a salmon fillet with sorrel cream or oven baked sole, cheeses.

The American critic has always placed it at the top of his hierarchy, saluting their work and mastery of winemaking and praising their wines above all else.
