Wine:
The 2021 Red Châteauneuf-du-Pape stands out for its freshness and purity, capturing the essence of the vintage with precision and finesse. Predominantly Grenache (three-quarters of the blend), it reveals aromas of ripe red berries and hints of wild herbs. The palate is lively and supple, framed by fine-grained tannins that offer both structure and elegance. Unlike the more powerful expressions of warmer years, this wine emphasizes clarity and refinement, with a focus on vibrant fruit flavors and a fresh, balanced finish. Its approachable, expressive style makes it a pure pleasure to drink.Vinification:
