Wine:

A favorite of the selection committee and rated 93/100, the 2022 white Lirac La Reine des Bois offers a full and true expression of the southern Rhône. Notes of white peaches and delicate flowers contribute to a fresh, crystalline, and well-balanced ensemble. The clean structure, enhanced by its freshness, remains fine and delicate, with depth and presence, accentuated by Clairette, and beautiful mineral bitters in the finish. A gastronomic wine whose quality aging should be commended, it is best paired with freshwater fish, goat cheeses, or as an aperitif.

Color:

Bright, clear golden yellow.

Pure, crystalline with white peach aromas on a fresh whole.

In a very Rhône-style, we feel the presence of Clairette, a beautiful minerality, an invigorating freshness and a sober, perfectly integrated ageing process.

Grilled sardines in lemon oil, sea bream with fennel, haddock and pan-fried sun vegetables.
