Wine:

Available in a Magnum format, the 2016 white Vin de France Gavroche masterfully combines Vermentino and Chenin. This duo is intriguing, still youthful with intense, floral, and subtly smoky aromas. The wine's restrained aging process allows the freshness of the grapes to shine through in a lively, invigorating texture that pops on the palate. Its lemony flavors and fine, lasting bitterness make it perfect for enjoying with fried fish or fresh goat cheeses on a slice of toasted country bread drizzled with olive oil. Rated 92/100 by our Committee.
