Wine:

The 2022 white Côtes du Roussillon offers a very fine, mineral, clean, and crystalline expression of schist, with a strong mineral footprint and a delicate oxidation. The amplitude and mouthfeel are well-balanced by the freshness and an acid structure that stretches out beautifully. A cuvée true to Roussillon that elevates the Macabeu grape variety onto a pedestal!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Color:

Pale yellow with green highlights.

Nose:

Fresh, with mineral and citrus notes.

Palate:

This wine is full-bodied and uncluttered, with a very fine, mineral, crystalline expression and well-controlled acidity.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
