Wine:
A blend of Jacquère with a touch of Verdesse, the 2024 Savoie Monfarina White is an utterly delightful, pure, and delicate wine. The nose evokes hay and chamomile, while the palate is clean, slender, and mouthwatering. It’s the perfect wine to start a meal or enjoy as an aperitif — lively and refreshing, with beautiful breadth and crisp, vibrant fruit flavors.Vinification:
Manual harvesting. Pressing of 100% whole, uncrushed bunches. Cold settling in temperature-controlled vats at around 10°C for 96 hours, slow alcoholic fermentation at a maximum of 16°C for 3 to 12 weeks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Matured on the lees for 10 to 14 months.Organic and Biodynamic (Demeter) certified wine.
