Issu d’un secteur situé à 700 mètres d’altitude, le 2022 red Piekenierskloof Soldaat Grenache livre une impeccable pureté, une grande fraîcheur et de savoureux arômes de fruits rouges. Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Vinification with indigenous yeasts, 80% whole bunches, 30-day maceration on skins. Aged for 12 months in concrete vats.
