Wine:

Seductive with its hallmark toasted aromatics and precise, expansive bubbles, the 2015 Cuvée Winston Churchill is a champagne built for long aging. With Pinot Noir at its core, it reveals earthy and herbal nuances characteristic of the vintage. The palate is generous and layered, offering impressive depth, power, and vinosity. Vinification:

Hand harvested, grapes from the Grands Crus of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, separate vinification of the different grape varieties before the final blend. Malolactic fermentation, ageing in cellars 33 metres below ground.

Brilliant golden colour, with a string of delicate bubbles.

Nose:

A beautiful bouquet marked by spicy notes of pepper, complemented by subtle menthol nuances. The profile is rich and complex, with aromas of candied and dried fruits intertwined with hints of exotic fruits.

Palate:

This cuvée reveals enticing aromas alongside a generous and indulgent profile, supported by excellent structure and impressive length.
