Wine:

Ripe and invigorating, the Brut Cuvée Réservée Champagne is perfect in its elegant and immediately accessible style. Made from a blend dominated by Pinots and nine vintages, aged for three years in the cellar, it has great depth and a vinous aspect supported by a dynamic and brilliant structure. The nose of citrus fruits, candied lemon peel, and the floral touch is pleasing without detour; the palate is complex, full, and ripe, the bubble delicate and comfortable. It is a champagne for an aperitif or meal to be savored now.

Vinification:

Aged 3 years on lees in the cellar. Blend of 9 vintages. Dosage 7g/l

Color:

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Aromas of citrus, floral touches, small notes of candied lemon peel and cereals. A dominant base of ripe and complex pinot noir.

Palate:

Tonic with a fine and comfortable bubble. This wine's ripe aspect is well supported.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Wine:

An equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, predominantly from the 2020 harvest, the Champagne HVE Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs presents a refined balance of dryness and softness. Its ultra-fine bubbles are complemented by delicate notes of ladyfinger biscuits. Fresh and incredibly elegant, this champagne is perfect as an aperitif or paired with a fresh fruit dessert.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, based on the 2020 harvest, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 4 to 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Disgorged in February 2023.

Dosage 5 g/l.

Color:

Light yellow with fine, abundant bubbles and a persistent bead.

Nose:

Delicate and fresh, with subtle notes of ladyfinger biscuits.

Palate:

This champagne, supported by beautifully balanced flavours, reveals a refined profile with a gentle dryness, tactile texture, and ultra-fine bubbles.
