The 2022 Alsace Grand Cru Sommerberg Vendanges Tardives Pinot Gris White is a wine of remarkable depth, instantly captivating with its candied fruit and mirabelle jam aromas, wrapped in a pastry-like profile that remains both pure and fresh. Vinification:

Hand harvested from 32-year-old vines. Whole berry pressing, static settling. Fermentation for 2 to 6 months. Aged on lees for 11 months.
