The 2024 Savoie Giac'Potes Red blends Mondeuse and Gamay with verve and delicious charm. This light, spicy, and cheerful red offers both flair and easygoing appeal. It’s a wonderful introduction to both the estate and the wines of Savoie, perfect for enjoying as an aperitif or alongside cured meats and white meats.

Vinification:

Hand-picked harvest. 100% whole bunches, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 to 5 days, then maceration for 5 to 6 days before pressing. Matured on fine lees.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine (Demeter).

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitifs, artisan charcuterie, cured meats, white meats.

Cellar aging:

From today until 2029 and beyond for amateurs.
