From clay-limestone soils with southern exposure, selected from the 'Les Filles' plot, the 2021 Les Christine White Chignin-Bergeron Vin de Savoie is an exceptional Roussanne. It shines with richness, toasted and spicy notes of barley and white flowers, a striking freshness, and a pronounced bitterness. A juicy, deep wine with impressive depth and character.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Lieu-dit: Les Châteaux, selected from the Filles plot. Clay-limestone soil with a predominance of clay. Vines aged 26 years. Residual sugar: 0.6 g/l.Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
