Wine:

The 2023 Red Touraine Ad Libitum is a charming, light red brimming with freshness and energy. Its refined nose reveals floral notes and hints of graphite, all preserved through thoughtful winemaking techniques. The palate is refreshing and vibrant, showcasing the crisp character of Gamay alongside the graphite-tinged flavors of Cabernet Franc and Côt. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, maceration and fermentation in concrete vats for 10 to 12 days, aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months, lightly filtered over soil before bottling. Certified organic wine.

An intense red with violet highlights.

Nose:

Very pure and delicate, with notes of flowers and graphite.
