Wine:

The 2021 White Alsace Riesling Fronholz is remarkably pure. With a strong sense of terroir—its Vosges sandstone and sedimentary sandy soils are unmistakable—it is already beautifully open, offering a refined, earthy character. Notes of white fruits, pear, apple, and white pepper unfold in a precise, savory, and sharp style. This wine is both crystalline and energetic, displaying a perfect balance of structure and substance. Excellent for drinking now and with a potential to age for another 10 years. Rated 95/100 by RVF and 93/100 by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World and member of the Vente à la Propriété Selection Committee.
