Wine:

Exceptionally pure and aged on fine lees, the 2022 White Sancerre Origine offers a vibrant expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Its fresh, crystalline profile is highlighted by floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it is clean and refined, with a mineral edge and a bright citrus touch on the finish.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel vats, aged for 6 to 9 months on fine lees with more or less frequent stirring of the lees.
