Wine:

Featuring remarkable sap, Les Tourelles de Longueville, another label from the estate, presents an anthological wine in the 2019 vintage. As the second wine of the Château, it contributes to the impressive showcase of the Pichon stable. The wine achieves an exceptionally high level of quality. With great depth, its substance shines with sparkling fruit and an extraordinary quality of expression. The texture is pure, and the fruit is perfectly balanced. With a lovely persistence, this Pauillac has a bright future. At this price, it's sure to make waves!

Vinification:

Harvested manually from September 18 to October 11. Traditional vinification. Aged 70% in one-year-old barrels and 30% in new barrels for 12 months.

Intense garnet red.

Nose:

Ripe red fruits and black cherries dominate.

Palate:

The initial taste is clean, fresh and juicy, with fine, silky tannins and a long, delicious finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Leg of lamb, grilled prime rib, snacked duck breast and blackcurrant reduction.
