With great purity and no wood influence, the 2022 white Chablis Vieilles Vignes combines finesse and freshness with elegance and vivacity. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. Bottled in November 2023.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Very typical of Chablis, with notes of shellfish and white flowers.
