Highly exclusive, the 2019 Red Vin de France Cuvée Tava is a truly unique wine, born from the perfect harmony between the Sciaccarellu grape and an exceptional vessel—the 'Tava' amphora, crafted from a special clay blend of terracotta, sandstone, and porcelain. With its light hue and refined nose of strawberry and smoky notes, this wine offers the delicacy of a Grenache infusion. On the palate, it is pure finesse—elegant, mineral, and utterly delightful. A wine with no frills, just unmatched elegance. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested. 100% destemmed grapes. Vinification and ageing for 30 months in special clay amphorae (terracotta, sandstone and porcelain). No added inputs or sulfites. Production of 900 bottles.Color:

Introducing the newest gem in Corsican winemaking! Founded in 2011 in Casaglione, in the La Cinarca Valley above the Gulf of Ajaccio, Domaine de Tremica is a small estate dedicated to excellence. Perched at 300 meters, everything here is done by hand, with gentle vinification and aging in jars, amphorae, concrete vats, and oak casks—each step reflecting precision and mastery.
Angelica and Richard Arnaud Le Foulon, trained at Clos Canarelli, are realizing their lifelong dream. The unique microclimate, shaped by sea breezes and valley winds from Cruzzini, provides an exceptional setting for crafting artisanal wines that are vibrant, authentic, and express every nuance of the Corsican terroir.
