The 2023 red Touraine Ad Libitum is a light, charming red, full of greed and spirit. We immediately appreciate its delicate nose expressing notes of flowers and graphite, in a very pure aroma preserved by sober ageing. The palate is refreshing, dynamic and pure, fully expressing the crispness of Gamay and the graphite flavors of Cabernet Franc and Côt. A winning trio, ideal for red meats, grilled poultry or fine charcuterie. The Committee's favorite, rated 93/100.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, maceration and fermentation in concrete vats for 10 to 12 days, aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months, lightly filtered over soil before bottling. Certified organic wine.Ad Libitum' means true indulgence, at will!
