The 2023 White Combe Pilate – IGP Collines Rhodaniennes opens with delicate toasted and grilled notes, leading into a warm, sun-kissed profile with hints of ripe mango. Hand harvested. Direct pressing of whole grapes. Light settling. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats for 8 to 9 months. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Very light stirring of the lees during the first months of ageing.Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic wine.
