Powerful and complete, the 2017 Côtes du Jura Vin Jaune is a stunning ambassador for this iconic oxidative wine—a perfect match for traditional poulet aux morilles or aged Comté. Its warm, expressive nose bursts with notes of marc, stone fruit, and mirabelle eau-de-vie, alongside hints of fresh walnut, anise, spices, and a delicate oxidative touch.
