The 2022 white IGP Collines Rhodaniennes La Combe Pilate is simple, with notes of apricot, yellow fruit and sweet spices. An elegant wine, perfect as an aperitif, with goat's cheese or cooked fish.
A blend of different parcels from the north to the south of the appellation, the 2022 red Saint-Joseph Deschants is a beautiful example of its terroir, delivering floral and fruity notes in a supple, pleasant style. A fresh, pleasant, medium-bodied structure, best served with stewed meat or rabbit.
